ELECTED BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Ronald Wastewater District is governed by a three member elected Board of Commissioners who set policy.
Commissioners are elected at-large by voters in the District to serve six-year terms. Officers of the Board include the President, Vice-President, and Secretary.
Position 1: Arnold H. Lind
Arnie Lind serves the District as Secretary of the Board of Commissioners. He was first elected in 1999 and his current term runs through December 31, 2011. Arnie and his wife have lived in Shoreline for over 40 years. He is retired after a 30-year career in manufacturing.

Position 2: Arthur L. Wadekamper
Art Wadekamper serves the District as President of the Board of Commissioners. He was first elected in 1995 and his current term runs through December 31, 2013. Art moved to Richmond Beach in 1965 with his family where he and his wife still reside. He’s a graduate of the University of Washington, and is retired from a career in auditing, finance and arbitration.

Position 3: Brian T. Carroll
Brian Carroll serves the District as Vice President of the Board of Commissioners. He was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board in 2005 and elected to serve the remainder of the term in 2007. His current term runs through December 31, 2009. Brian was raised in Shoreline where he lives with his family and he is Chief Financial Officer at a private investment management firm.
